Unforgiven or Forgiven ?

CCW sat in Starbucks waiting for a friend to arrive .. It was 8pm .. At 8.15 , his friend turned up , face grim with a melancholy look in his eyes ... They shook hands and his friend , who in this post decided only to be known as ZzZ , told CCW what had befell upon him during the past few months ..

'ZzZ was quite a shy dude who seldomed became involved in many things happening in the class . Often , he would talk to his friend beside him or on the next table ... He was quiet at sometimes and only raised his voice at certain times , even that did not let him use his anger much ..

He had a friend , named F who was the more outgoing type . F always seemed to be the centre of attraction and he messed around alot with girls and his friends alike . However , F had a weakness . He cannot stand a minor insult to his face even if it was in a joking way . He would be what we know as "emo" for a moment seeking comfort from the many girls he plays with .. ZzZ was in a bad mood one day and raised his voice to F , momentarily forgetting F's weakness . Immediately , F , was mortified and went into a state of melancholy .. But , that's besides the point ..

Now , ZzZ liked a girl in his class , AaA . F knew about it and cheekily said to ZzZ " I'll leave her for you , it's yours .. " ZzZ showed no emotion but in his mind he suspected something . ZzZ managed to get in talking terms with AaA but because of his shyness , he could not prolong the conversation . However , he did have one very long convo with her before an examination . F had repeatedly mentioned about not touching AaA and insisteed that ZzZ 'take her for his own " . ZzZ had of course no intention whatsoever to "take " her for his own and was constantly in a bad mood because of other personal matters. What he hadn't expected to see was F "play"ing with AaA when for the past few months , he has been waxing eloquent on not "playing" with AaA . ZzZ was stung . However , he did not show it . Instead , he just went on with his work and only lamented the hipocrisy in his inner self . However , he was not sure the fault . Eventually , unable to take it any longer , ZzZ shifted away from the school and went to PJ , deleting further painful memories of the incident .. He had forgiven F but he can't ever forgive himself as this was not the first nor second time this thing had happened ... '

CCW remained seated as ZzZ bid him farewell and went off . As he comtemplated ZzZ's decision , he realised that he too had to make a very big decision before . But , he had failed and broke . ZzZ's revelation to start afresh unsettled him .. And nothing that he did could ever shake of the feeling ..

Earth Hour ..

Ah well , Earth hour has came and went away .. started about five minutes late coz i was still in a traffic jam coming home from shopping.. Mum , me and me bro participated while dad decided it was none of his business .. [ he turned on the car porch light and did some stuff =.= ] Me and my bro decided to jog our house street for the hour . I jogged 16 rounds while he jogged 19 .. losing my stamina ..

The first being The Alchemist , the best book by this author .. i urge each and everyone of you to read his books [ his books range from tragic to adventure to mystery , love and all sorts ] ..

This book is about a girl named Veronika who decided to kill herself . She fails and was sent to a mental hospital . There she was told that her heart was failing and she had within a week of survival . A doctor , Dr. Igor was testing the effects of Vitriol , a drug of sorts , on Veronika and it takes an awareness of life to win through .. What happens next ? Did Veronika actually die ? Read to find out !

The nagging thoughts of the Lost Soul .

If there was no choice , would there be life ? If there were no crossroads , would there be good or bad ,? If they were no decisions , would there be understanding ? Crossroads , choices and decisions , each of them are as vital as the oxygen and water which we rely upon . A person who cannot make a choice is doomed to complexity so complex that no one can fathom how is that person able to think . Thus , begins my thoughts about these convoluted , complicated object of pondering ..

CHOICE ...
If you have a choice , what would you make of it ? Can you make the right choice ? Can you determine what choice is there to choose from ? All of this , remains upon the thinker to choose what is right , what is wrong and what must be taken . If i had a choice to go back in time to correct what i want rectified , i would do so gladly , without thinking of the consequences .. HOWEVER , when you think of the consequences , when you have studied the lines that lead to the aftermath of the rectification , i can conclude that i would rather not turn back the clock .. If i had the opportunity to rectify my foolishness during my excursions in the year-end party in Form 2 , i would , of course , try to rectify it .. The problem remains palpable , though , that i would not be able to learn from mistakes . If you keep going back to rectify your mistakes , you will be more careless than usual until , eventually , even going back to change the past is disastrous .. If i had the chance to retake my failed examinations , i would be cheating myself if i had done it .. Of course , in my melancholy times , these two incidents , possibilities , i would say , would creep in and the urge to turn back is overwhelming .. But , i can't .. which leads me to the next word ; crossroads .

CROSSROADS ...
When i say crossroads , i mean taking an immediate choice . A pathway , junction , a turn in life .. All of this mean the same thing . However , unlike choices , crossroads appear directly in front of us . Let's take for an example , i have always maintained my results to above satisfactory . Now , say i forgo that . Crossroad A leads me to studying well to achieve flying colours . Crossroads B leads me to studying enough to gain satisfactory results . Crossroad C induces me not to study at all . Had i taken crossroad C , my life would have been for the worse . ( incidentally , i chose crossroad B =.= , still have no idea how i got 2nd in Form 4 finals ) . Of course , the choice [ see , it remains a choice still ] ..is up to me . I still have a sane mind to study , unlike some other raving people who regard people who study as " no life bastards " . i force myself to peruse the huge amount of books that lie , almost mockingly , in front of my study table . These crossroads , of course , are factors in our everyday life . A mother of two , facing financial problems , once said , " I should have never gotten my second child if i had known life is difficult with two children ." Besides hurting the child's feelings , she has decided that the crossroad she took was the wrong one . HOWEVER , the choice was hers . She should have thought of it before going through the procedure . A father of two , once said to his second child , who is a tad mischievous , " I should have left you to kidnappers instead of wasting my money on you ! " WHY , then should he waste his money on the child , if he wants to make useless , vile threats like that ? The choice was his .. That thought disgust me . And to think that i know both of them who quoted those sentences . Crossroads lead to choices , Choices make crossroads . A relation of importance ..

DECISIONS ...
I have said nothing about decisions in the above two words . However , they have everything to do with decisions . A wise decision leads to wise moves . The issue remains , CAN you always make a wise or smart decision ? Making decision is like playing chess . In fact , chess has everything to do with making decision . You have to know how to make a correct or smart decision . To make a decision is to understand the factors in it . If you fail to understand what must be understood , then , your decision would be woefully wrong , statistically speaking . One should know the vagaries of understanding something before deciding upon an action. Action .. reaction .. both rely on deciding .. That has always been a factor in life .

These three words ; Choices , Crossroads and Decisions are something that everyone should take into consideration . Fail to notice , fail to understand , and life shall be miserable ...

Confusion ...

What happens if you are faced with a very puzzling puzzle ?? Well , what would you do ? Would you try with all your will to solve it ? Would you wait for the answer to be handed to you? Or would you just give up without looking at it ?

I have been given two puzzles to mull over in my mind ... Actually it was me and Dhaneesh .. We couldnt solve either one of the puzzle .. and the more we gave thought to it , the more stumped we came .. My dear Oon Hui and Esther , if we both can't get enough sleep tonight , we would personally sue you over minor defects ..

The puzzle seemed to easy for both of them , but the fact reamins that we simply CAN'T solve the damn thing .. I was fuming but of course , we have to try to solve it first , one way or another ... HaihZ ...
